Wrap 200 har en enkel opbygning. Den fungerer ved, at man lægger en balle på maskinen, ovenpå plastikken, og starter maskinen med en fjernbetjening. Når ballen er pakket færdig, kører man en ny balle til i den yderste tang, tager den pakkede balle i den inderste del af tangen og ilægger den nye balle ovenpå plastikken og den rykker plastikken over og starter wrapperen.
