The following was completed by Marcel Equipment;

Upon arrival to our yard, machine was stripped for power washing

Machine was inspected visually & operationally

Engine oil filter was cut open - clean

Transmission filters were cut open - clean

Hydraulic filters were cut open - clean

Axle oils were checked - levels good & oil clean

Engine oil & hydraulic oils were changed

The following performance checks were completed to ensure within OEM spec;

Engine high & low idle

Engine high & low idle oil 

Fuel 

Engine boost

Transmission pump 

Transmission lube 

Transmission lock-up 

Pilot pressure

Main hydraulic relief pressure

Steering standby pressure

Steering margin pressure

Steering cut-out pressure

Brake pressures

Brake accumulator 

Fan speed

Fan min & max speeds

The following are a list of repairs that were completed based on the inspection;

Replaced front windshield

Resealed tilt cylinder

Cleaned & serviced battery connections

Cleaned & serviced break bay

Service engine, air, fuel etc.

Installed NEW rear washer pump

Serviced, cleaned & inspected HVAC system

Installed NEW a/c dryer & accumulator

Installed NEW hydraulic oil

Parking brake seized – return rubber collars torn – pads worn down – removed & installed NEW pads, slide kit & rear cap

Replaced arm rest 

Removed fender panels & sent out for paint 

Removed front carriage & tipping link & sent for sand blast & paint

Resealed steering orbital

Removed all grounds & clean – sprayed with terminal spray

Replaced harness in greaser to allow for can bus communication with machine

Straightened rear grill & paint – installed on machine & installed cover

Seat suspension loose – replaced with complete aftermarket seat assembly

Adjusted fan speed

Adjusted all pressures 

Heater actuator & valve not closing properly – a/c never gets fully cold- installed NEW valve & actuator

Greased machine.
