Company description

In 1999 the Portuguese group Auto-Seuco Coimbra acquired the Spanish company Volvo Maquinaria de Construcción, a company operating in the import and distribution of Volvo Construction Equipment in Spain. The resulting company was renamed Volmaquinaria Construcción España.

In 2012 the Auto-Sueco Coimbra Coimbra Group was restructured, changing its name to the Ascendum Group and creating its Spanish subsidiary Ascendum España.
