Mascus customer letter

Mascus marketplace is now available in Polish. Currently the marketplace runs
in English, German, French, Russian, Swedish and Finnish. Enquiries from Poland
over the last year have increased to the extend that we decided to launch
mascus.com also in Polish. We have recruited Tomasz Odrobinski

develop the market and to take care of our Polish customers.
Polish buyers are mainly interested in Nordic and German used equipment and
trucks. The used equipment seller continues to input his ads in his own mother
tongue and Mascus takes care of translations into other languages. Thus a Polish
buyer can read the ad in Polish, a Russian buyer in Russian etc. Contact
requests to sellers are sent in English or German. If necessary, Tomasz can help
in language matters.
We firmly believe that our investment in Poland will generate more demand
from the country and will help a bigger proportion of our existing customers to
sell their used equipment and trucks to the growing Polish market.
With Mascus Polish dealers get access to Internet-based solutions that make
the used equipment business more efficient. Salespeople make better user of
their time, customer service improves and sales process becomes more organized.
Polish buyers and sellers become integrated with the international used
equipment market.

Lithuania to market Mascus and the used equipment on the marketplace in
Russia and the Baltic States through personal contact with
dealers.
